Le tournoi bénéficie d’un soutien remarquable : en plus d’Edge International, sponsors et donateurs s’associent à la réussite de cette première édition. Une belle confirmation pour un projet qui paraissait à peine envisageable deux ans plus tôt, et parvient déjà à enthousiasmer les amateurs…
