The British Embassy has 1 grass court which may be used by visitors. One of the city's few grass courts is located on a patch of British soil in the Eighth Arrondissement at the Embassy of the United Kingdom. Meticulously maintained at a 5-to-7-millimeter grass height, the courts dubbed “Wimbledon-sur-Seine” host a number of private matches for dignitaries and tennis champions alike.
