How to Find your Google Map Link

Step 1: Open a new browser tab and navigate to https://maps.google.com.

Step 2: Search for Your Address
In the search bar at the top-left of the page, type your full address (e.g., 123 Main Street, Anytown, State, 12345). Press Enter or click the search icon.

Step 3: Confirm Your Location
Google Maps will show you the location on the map. Make sure the pin is accurately placed on your club or grass coourt facility. If not, you can click and drag the map to precisely center the pin.

Step 4: Copy the Link
Look for the "Share" button. It's usually a small icon on the left-hand side of the screen, just below the address information. It looks like a curved arrow.

Click the Share button.
A pop-up window will appear. Make sure the "Send a link" tab is selected.

Click the "Copy link" button. This will copy the full URL to your clipboard.

Step 5: Paste the Link into the Form
Return to this form. Click inside the designated Google Maps link field and press Ctrl + V (or Cmd + V on a Mac) to paste the link you just copied.
